Petit Bisse
Location
The Grande Zour (Savièze) region, Mayens de My, Conthey, to the right of the Rhône above Naters.
Descriptif
Built in the fifteenth century and still containing water, the Petit Bisse is walked in a loop with the Bisse de la Tsandra.

This bisse contains water from early April to late October.
Difficulty
No particular difficulty apart from one or two stretches which are quite vertiginous on the Petit Bisse and which can be avoided by beginning 1 km below the main road. From this bisse you can walk a loop with the Bisse de la Tsandra.
Useful information
A shady path which is only worth walking with the Bisse de la Tsandra.
Outside the summer season there is no public transport for the Grand Zour.
Itinerary
Departure
Take a bus from Sion to Grande Zour. Stop at the bridge before crossing the Morge. The start of the Petit Bisse can be found a few metres above the main road. Follow the path heading toward the valley floor.
Itinerary
Follow the bisse to join the Bisse de Tsandra at the Mayens de My. When you reach the end of the Petit Bisse make your way downhill towards la Dare to reach the starting point of the Bisse de Tsandra which you follow to Aven (Conthey). From this village take a bus to Sion.
